We accept returns on unopened items within 30 days of receipt. Please email us for approval and return instructions.

Yes — we carefully select products designed specifically for pets, from trusted suppliers. Always supervise your pet when using new products.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status.
7. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re sorry! Please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We’ll make it right.
8. Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?

9. Can I cancel or change my order?
